Local Produce In 2005 we bought a farm and now brand all our own Coffee products which can be bought through our other company 'The Kiln Coffee Company'. We also understand more now about local produce with us being involved in farming, which we are trying to endorse on all our events.
We only use 100% British Beef Products on our units, and we try to buy our meats etc for the Carvery locally whenever possible. All our products can be traced back to source and we try to use a sole supplier for our dry products which can also be traced. Fresh milk is also used on all of our units.
