Now we have a 62 seater Cafe on the site called Baz's Diner which we opened in 1991. In 1990 I got married and decided to venture out into major events throughout the UK. We have 3 sons who all help out in the business in school holidays, and will hopefully take it on one day, although I don't think I could give it up totally. We run a modern fleet of catering units which we try to replace approx every 3 years.
We have worked most of the top events in the UK ,e.g Royal Ascot, The Royal Show, Royal Welsh, Royal Cornwall, Goodwood Festival of Speed and the Revival to name but a few.
We have also attended many concerts at Milton Keynes Bowl, V Festivals and Hyde Park to name but a few.Our motto in the company is 'Large enough to cope but Small enough to care'. |
